I'm surprised this one is not getting more consideration from the team. Literally one of the two reasons I already switched back to Canva for our presentation needs. I'm still checking the new features once a month but it looks like this one is not getting any attention :/

Can't stress this one enough. The current workaround of having to overlay a piece of transparent text is really painful. :(

It'd be great indeed. As a workaround, you can add a text and set its opacity to 0.

Would be also great to add a link to a shape. For example to build a clickable download button.

This would be great!
