I recently started using Pitch.com after a recommendation and was really excited about it—so much so that I upgraded my subscription right away. However, I’ve run into a key issue that’s making it difficult for me to continue using the platform: the inability to zoom in and out of slides on a mobile browser.

Some of the text that’s perfectly readable on a laptop becomes too small on mobile, and without zoom functionality, it’s not possible for everyone—especially my investors—to view the slides comfortably on their phones. This is a dealbreaker for me, so I’ll be cancelling my subscription for now and hope to return once this feature is available.

I’ve seen other users raise this issue as well. I imagine this could be addressed fairly quickly with focused attention from a developer—possibly in a couple of days. Is there any indication of when this might be added?

Still not a feature after nearly 5 years. Sofie from Pitch can you give us any insight into whether this is being looked at? You seem to be spending time launching features to compete with Trumpet, but the basics still aren't there. Grids? Zoom? Would be fab if you can provide some feedback.

how is this still not a feature after 4.5 years? nor on desktop app, I'm really struggling to work without this function

Really need this feature to work properly, was hoping this was available on the desktop version but it is sadly not either.

It's very difficult to use Pitch without this feature, need it ASAP
