Echoing customization of status indicator. Would like the ability to differentiate status between content vs. design. Workflows more complicated than this would benefit from more granular options or being fully customizable.

Bumping because YES. Currently working on a bunch of collaborative decks and it'd be helpful to have a quickly visible way to give collaborators some context via a custom status.
