Resize individual rows and columns in tables

Make it possible to change the width and height of rows and columns. Add an auto size option which can be used when double clicking a row or column, similar to excel.

@Matt Frampton: Hey Matt! Development of this feature is still ongoing but we should be able to finish it in the next few weeks. Soon you will be able to resize table columns and rows in Pitch 🙏

Would really like this. Often we'll have a column with a simple label and an adjacent column with long-form text. As it stands, each column has equal width and makes it difficult to minimize the size of tables.
