The Pitch app on the Mac App Store isn't as often updated as the direct download from pitch.com.
Since updates com very often (about weekly), and our users don't have rights to install apps or updates, every so weekly update find our users getting question marks, when they are asked for the admin password without further instructions what that is about. So our admins are forced to investigate and help every of our users that that is an update "not so necessary" – which also isn't optimal.
The better solution would be to keep the app on the Mac App Store up to date, so that those can be updated automatically (applicable in the macOS system settings).
